250 grams green apples ( apples unfortunate )
50 grams raisins
2 tablespoons rum
500 ml milk
150 grams of brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
75 grams unsalted butter
3 eggs, beaten flat
Ingredients sauce :
250 ml of liquid milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 stick of vanilla bars , take the seeds or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cornstarch , mixed with a little milk
1 egg yolk , beaten
